Hot Recipes - Gado-Gado

    White Cabbage, diced.
    Green beans
    Bean sprouts
    Peanut Sauce.
    Prawn crackers.
    1 thinly sliced medium sized fresh cucumber, 2 fried tempeh (soybean patties), 2 pieces of fried tofu, and        a hard boiled egg cut into 4 pieces.

Seperatly cook all the vegetables lightly.They must still retain a nice crunch.
Drain and arrange in layers on a dish. Pour the Peanut Sauce over this. Decorate with the sliced egg and tomatoes. Just before serving, sprinkle the crackers over the sauce.
Best enjoyed when salad is cooled down.
